Main functions to develop :

• Project Coordination
• Budget Management
• Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between different teams and stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines.
• Ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards is essential.
• Lead and support project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that team members are clear on their roles and responsibilities.
• Analyze project outcomes to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Requirements :

• 4 years of experience as Program Manager in the automotive sector working with automotive American and German customers.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Travel availability is required.
• High leadership and Organizational skills.
