Itera Mobility Engineering is looking for a Program Manager to join our engineering team at an important Tier 1 supplier.

Main functions to develop:

1. Project Coordination
2. Budget Management
3. Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
4. Serving as the primary point of contact between different teams and stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines
5. Ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards
6. Leading and supporting project teams, fostering collaboration, and clarifying roles and responsibilities
7. Analyzing project outcomes to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Program Manager in the automotive sector, working with an automotive German customer
• Fluent in English and German
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Travel availability
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
