Formación

  • Fuerte dominio del inglés; el español es útil pero no obligatorio.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar las operaciones diarias de programas de posgrado y asegurar su calidad.
  • Atender y apoyar a estudiantes y profesores, gestionando un alto volumen de correos.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position based in Madrid.

The Program Assistant's role is the first point of contact with students and professors on a day-to-day basis, ensuring a smooth running of the Program.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a set of Graduate Programs degrees and ensuring the quality of our programs.
  • Work with diverse stakeholders including students, professors, and IE staff (planning, documentation, etc.).
  • Manage the logistics of program deliveries: catering, organization of extracurricular events (dinners, visits, etc.), and travel arrangements.
  • Attend and support students and professors daily, managing a high volume of emails and responding to student queries.
  • Process expense reports, liaise, and coordinate with other departments (Administration, Registrar, Planning, Careers…).
  • Compile and update databases with student information.
  • Contribute to the preparation and edition of internal reports.
Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency helpful, but not required.
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking.
  • Strong desire to work in a multicultural environment, enjoy interacting with students, and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Knowledge of audiovisual equipment (is an asset).
