Are you a persuasive and engaging communicator with a natural sales flair? Do you speak American English fluently? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are looking for a Proficient American-speaking Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. While Spanish is a plus, it is not mandatory for this role. You will be the voice of our brand, assisting customers with their inquiries while also seizing opportunities to drive sales.

This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, but all shifts must be worked between 15:00 and 00:00.

What you’ll do:

  1. Engage with potential customers, actively listening to their needs.
  2. Provide relevant information about our products and services, guiding them toward a purchase.
  3. Clearly explain subscription options and product specifics.

Customer & Administrative Support:

  1. Assist customers via phone, email, and text message.
  2. Help customers manage their subscriptions, invoices, and payment details.
  3. Provide logistical support and assistance with orders or product swaps.

Customer Relationship Management:

  1. Handle difficult conversations professionally, using strong interpersonal skills.
  2. Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining service quality.
  3. Foster positive relationships with customers to enhance trust and loyalty.

Your profile:

  1. Fluent American English speaker (written and spoken).
  2. Spanish is a plus but not required.
  3. Previous sales and customer service experience is preferred.
  4. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  5. Comfortable working with computer systems and various software applications.
  6. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
