As a Cato Professional Services Engineer, you will be a trusted advisor to our customers, guiding them through their SASE transformation journey and ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions.

Candidates should be fluent in English and either German or Spanish.

Responsibilities :

• Design, configure, and deploy Cato’s solutions to maximize customer value.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, adopting a consultative approach that inspires trust.
• Synthesize field experiences into best practices in collaboration with other teams.
• Maintain expert-level proficiency in implementing Cato products and stay updated on the SASE and enterprise IT landscape.
• Coordinate customer onboarding and training.
• Collaborate with product, support, and engineering teams, providing field feedback.

Requirements :

• 5+ years in a multi-vendor IT infrastructure environment, with experience in solution implementation or design.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in network routing (e.g., BGP, OSPF) and switching, plus at least three years in domains such as:

o Firewalls and Proxy Services

o Secure Web Gateway / CASB / DLP

o Identity Management (SSO, SAML, LDAP)

o Intrusion Prevention Systems

o Networking Packet Analysis

• Experience deploying secure IT infrastructure following industry best practices.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role in a high-tech environment.
• Experience with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to APIs and scripting languages.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and establish trust.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Organized and effective in fast-paced, distributed team environments.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
