About the position :

Given our business model where our customers pay us over time, Customer Success is vital to ensuring our customers derive long-term value from our platform. To enhance our customer experience with Netskope, we need experienced Professional Services Engineers to drive value and success for our customers.

Responsibilities include :

• Understand customer requirements and deliverables, and create a comprehensive Statement of Work (SOW).
• Present Netskope cloud security assessments to customers.
• Understand system integration with SSO, AD, Proxies, Cloud APIs, VMs, & Firewalls.
• Create evaluation test plans and implement DLP solutions.
• Manage projects independently and deliver services on time.
• Create training materials and deliver hands-on training to customers.
• Work closely with customers and their technical teams.

Job Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience as a Professional Services Consultant with a proven track record and demonstrated skills in presenting technical information at the executive or architect level.
• Excellent knowledge and prior experience selling network security technologies including proxies, NG firewalls, SSL / IPSec, VPNs, SSO, DLP, and encryption gateways.
• Experience with system installation, configuration, and administration of UNIX / Linux and Windows systems (Active Directory / LDAP experience desirable).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Experience working with Fortune 500 companies.
• Prior experience in early-stage startups.
• Scripting skills in Perl or Python.

Education :

• Bachelor's degree preferred (e.g., BS in Computer Science or equivalent).
