Overseas HRBP - International Business Group @ H3C | Talent Acquisition Expertise

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a solution role with account sales in projects with specific customers.
  • Introduce existing and updated H3C products and solutions in the local market from a technical perspective.
  • Investigate and analyze the entire ICT network of specific customers.
  • Assess market competition by comparing the company’s products with competitors’ products.
  • Work with the sales team to develop product sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Provide management with short-term and long-term product sales forecasts, reports, and analyses.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, reviewing publications, networking, and participating in professional societies.
  • Assist and train clients on product usage as needed.
  • Develop network and systems documentation and proposals as required.
  • Complete assignments, tasks, and instructions from supervisors and authorized representatives as needed for business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective clients.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; excellent presentation skills.
  • Over 5 years of experience in presales or related technical roles.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Campus Network, Data Center Network, WAN, WiFi, HCI, switches, Cloud, Security, 5G, with evidence of experience.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
