Una emocionante oportunidad en Fortinet para un Project Manager que liderará el desarrollo de la nueva tienda Pandora en España y Portugal. Buscamos un profesional con más de 5 años de experiencia en la construcción minorista, habilidades excepcionales en gestión de proyectos y comunicación. Formación

  • Gestionar encuestas de sitios para nuevas aperturas y proyectos de remodelación.
  • Preparar hojas informativas para cada nueva ubicación.
  • Coordinar el diseño de la tienda con el equipo global.

Joining our Property & Network Development Team in Madrid, you will be responsible for the successful and efficient roll-out of the new Pandora store concept, as well as the construction and fit-out of our new stores in Spain and Portugal.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

  • Manage site surveys for new openings and remodeling projects.
  • Prepare briefs for each new location and identify key constraints to facilitate the store design phase.
  • Coordinate store design with the Global Store Design team to ensure drawings consider premise specifics and legal market constraints.
  • Manage tendering process and GC selection.
  • Create and share project schedules with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project schedules within budget guidelines.
  • Build and maintain trustful relationships with suppliers and external partners.
  • Manage and communicate issues and risks affecting projects.
  • Provide project status updates to relevant departments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Monitor vendor performance during construction.
  • Report on progress to team managers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee handover of new stores to the retail team.
  • Lead post-project analyses and optimize existing methods.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR :

  • Technical degree (civil engineering, construction management, architecture, etc.).
  • At least 5 years of experience in retail construction, preferably in fast-moving retail environments.
  • Extensive project management experience across the entire project lifecycle.
  • Structured, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish; operational level of English required; French or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
