HARTING Technology Group is seeking a data analytics oriented professional to support global supply chain monitoring and reporting from its Barcelona-area operations. You will analyze trends, forecast demand, and help optimize inventory with dashboards using SAC, Power BI, Celonis, and Excel.

The role involves collaboration across customer service, manufacturers, and logistics providers to improve processes and data accuracy across systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or comparable specialised training.
• 1–5 years of professional experience / industry experience.
• Very good command of written and spoken English (position dependent).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor global supply chain activities using various software tools.
• Analyze data to identify trends, service level performance, backlog, forecast demand and plan inventory.
• Collaborate with customer service, manufacturers, and logistics providers to improve supply chain processes.
• Develop reports on supply chain performance metrics for management review.
• Create dashboards and reports to support supply chain stakeholders, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in ensuring data accuracy across systems (customers, vendors, materials).

Responsabilities

• Support in monitoring global supply chain activities using various software tools;
• Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, Service Level Performance, Backlog development, forecast demand, and plan inventory levels;
• Help collaborate with customer service, manufacturers, and logistics providers to improve supply chain processes;
• Contribute to developing reports on supply chain performance metrics for management review;
• Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs;
• Support compliance with international trade regulations and standards;
• Help maintain and ensure the accuracy of data across systems, including customer, vendor, and material data;
• Assist in creating dashboards and reports to support supply chain stakeholders, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement;
• Help visualize KPIs and performance indicators using tools like SAC, Power BI, Celonis, or Excel;
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth data flow and process integration across the supply chain;
• Adapt new data analytic tools and data services.
