Job Description:

The Project Manager will be based out of Nextrackers Madrid, Spain office. In this role, you will oversee projects within the EU region, ensuring best-in-class service by each team member for their assigned customers. You will also ensure safety protocols are followed on project sites, manage customer accounts and projects from procurement to commissioning, provide technical support, and maintain customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing customer accounts, coordinating inter-departmental teams, managing project finances, logistics, and advocating for customer needs within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage entire customer accounts or groups of projects from PO to commissioning, taking ownership of all aspects.
• Oversee the success and development of direct reports.
• Provide technical support to customers, ensuring a best-in-class experience and expertise in PV solar tracking systems.
• Coordinate ordering of tools and ensure availability and training.
• Manage project P&L, including revenue forecasting, invoicing, cash flow, and cost management.
• Support installation and quality control, resolving quality issues through Non-Conformance Reports and Construction Deviation Reports.
• Coordinate timely delivery of products, liaising with engineering, logistics, and customers.
• Establish and report on key performance indicators for customer care.
• Participate in cross-functional teams, providing recommendations based on system integration and customer feedback.
• Support product development, sales, and marketing as needed.
• Act as an internal advocate for the customer within Nextracker.

Required Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in project management within energy, construction, mining, oil & gas sectors.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with supply chain, procurement, logistics, and O&M issues.
• Passion for renewable energy, with strong knowledge of PV technology and solar tracking systems.
