Job Summary

We are seeking a Productivity Financial Analyst (& PMO) to support the Global Productivity financial department within our Taste Business.

This role involves collaboration with multiple departments, including supply chain, sourcing, operations, commercial, and finance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a financial background, and a strong interest in production and productivity initiatives.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

General responsibilities :

  • Tracks, updates, and monitors projects and operational KPIs, consolidating and analyzing financial data related to productivity.
  • Benchmark and develop cost analysis, providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce P&L costs.
  • Drive key projects to reduce costs and improve business profitability (RSA, Working capital) across the Flavors Division.
  • Develop risk analysis, help in setting up priorities for the lean portfolio within the Business Unit.
  • Define processes and procedures to support site goals for continuous improvement.

Project Management :

  • Develop and maintain a project structure and reports for each productivity initiative.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Report project progress and results to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

  • Collaborate closely with functional departments and business units to analyze, identify, and implement productivity improvement initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to teams on productivity tools and techniques.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is beneficial.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a financial analyst, supply chain management, controlling, manufacturing operations, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish is a must.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Basic knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.

Travel : Limited
