Guardian Glass in Tudela, Navarra, Spain, seeks a Production Shift Supervisor to lead a 5-person operational team on a rotating 4-shift pattern, focusing on safety, quality and productivity.

You will develop your team, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with the operations and engineering groups to uphold high standards of efficiency and cost control in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Flexibility to work across 4 rotational shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an operational team (5 employees) safely and efficiently.
• Develop team members with development plans and coaching.
• Promote safety through training and proactive hazard elimination.
• Coordinate with Operations and Engineering to maintain high production standards.
• Monitor, coach and drive quality and productivity improvements.
• Generate timely reports and track costs and KPI performance.
