Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia en Ciberseguridad y Operaciones de Seguridad IT.
• Licenciatura en Tecnología de la Información o campo relacionado.

Responsabilidades

• Seguir las actividades de negocio habitual y reportar el progreso.

The Production Security Services & Solutions (P3S) Coordinator works in the Production Security team, within the Swiss IT Production department.

As the P3S Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role within the team in following-up transversal business-as-usual activities. Working closely under the guidance of Production Security leaders, you will assist in coordinating activities not considered as projects, tracking progress, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.

You will manage and maintain the Production Security’s roadmap, as well as the other Production roadmaps, and keep stakeholders and the Management informed about any changes to initial plans. Among your tasks, without being Project Manager, you will collect, consolidate and follow-up progress of various activities such as the remediation plans and associated Risk Cards, audits... Managing the obsolescence of Production Security’s components and other Production components and following-up projects listed in the roadmap will also be part of the scope.

Additionally, you will organize at a regular basis, meetings, provide reporting and regular updates.

In summary, this position is a transversal role that needs to act as a single point of contact to coordinate business-as-usual activities within the Production Security team.

The role is not subject to on-call duty.

1. You manage multiple assignments provided by the Head of Production Security.
2. You build the list of tasks that need to be done to achieve the objectives of the assignments.
3. You do not complete the tasks directly, but you will ensure that they all have properly been assigned to the Production Security engineers.
4. You coordinate business as usual initiatives in alignment with the BNP Paribas Corporate Security policies and framework.
5. You may use various tools to track progress or verify the results of the tasks.
6. You track and report Cybersecurity metrics, risk and compliance status to stakeholders.
7. You report progress and regular updates on your assignments, and make sure that all stakeholders know what they must do to properly deliver their tasks.
8. You ensure that the Production processes are respected while delivering results.
9. You ensure deliverables meet our quality standards of the Production Security.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage the Production roadmap and update it at least, at the quarterly basis.
2. Follow-up business-as-usual activities and initiatives developed within the Production roadmap.
3. Follow-up Risk Cards activities: make sure that every action is well assigned and ensure that the remediation process is properly progressing.
4. Monitor that tasks are properly completed by stakeholders.
5. Report these activities at a regular basis through the appropriate channels (dashboards, meetings).
6. Track and manage corrective actions resulting from security audits and assessments.
7. When required, escalate to the Head of Production Security by providing insights for improvements.
8. Make sure that documentation is produced when necessary and at the expected level of quality.
9. May contribute to the documentation.
10. Report on the progress of the assignments.
11. When required, fill-in information in the various official tools (ServiceNow, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or Cybersecurity, or a related field.
2. Relevant Cybersecurity certifications are a plus (CISSP, CISM, Security+…)
3. An ITIL certification is a plus.

Experience

1. 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, IT Security Operations.

Languages

1. French – Operational (is a plus).
