A leading company in consumer goods is seeking a Production Planner in Oviedo, Spain. You will manage production planning, coordinate materials, and collaborate across multiple teams to ensure operational efficiency. The role requires strong analytical skills, fluency in English, and a dynamic approach to problem-solving, tailored for those passionate about making a difference in a performance-driven culture.

Formación

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in a second European language, such as Spanish, is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and extensive Excel expertise.
  • Experience with production scheduling.

Position : Production Planner

As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and auditing production planning and material scheduling to meet business requirements cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage ongoing Mill Production plans to support sales and production capabilities.
  • Coordinate material ordering and scheduling for the Mill and external manufacturing locations, including raw materials and packaging.
  • Lead stock capacity management for principal materials.
  • Participate in system development projects to optimize resource and technology use at the Mill.
  • Maintain internal control systems aligned with Kimberly-Clark CFI standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Mill, region, and sector levels regarding operational, logistic, sales, marketing, and business planning.
  • Resolve production planning issues arising from sales forecast variations or unplanned interruptions.
  • Support system and procedural improvements for monitoring material usage.

Qualifications for success include :

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in a second European language such as Spanish is advantageous.
  • Ability to operate under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with detailed production scheduling and understanding of physical supply chain structures.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with frequent product promotions and innovation.
