Role: As Production Manager, you will be crucial in revolutionizing the food industry and the way people eat. You will lead strategic operations across warehouse functions, fostering a culture of excellence. Working closely with our third-party logistics partner, you will optimize warehouse efficiency, promote growth, and drive innovation. We seek a visionary leader eager to build something impactful.

Responsibilities include:

• Owning warehouse operations, including processes, procedures, and technology, in collaboration with 3PL and internal teams.
• Managing relationships with logistics partners and internal operations, ensuring performance and contract compliance.
• Overseeing daily warehouse and production operations to ensure timely, accurate, and quality order fulfillment.
• Managing budgets related to pick and pack operations, with ongoing reporting and improvements.
• Driving continuous improvements in production, quality, cost, and delivery, and maintaining relationships with staff, vendors, and departments.
• Defining and implementing procedures and metrics to enhance performance.
• Identifying and executing cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.
• Participating in strategic planning and forecasting to address production challenges.
• Leading a direct report within the warehouse and production team.
• Fostering a positive team environment that encourages feedback, adaptability, and customer focus.

Qualifications:

• Combination of commercial/relationship management and manufacturing experience.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive efficiency.
• Strategic thinking to resolve ambiguous situations and meet goals.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on production planning and contingency management.
• Customer orientation to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years of operational and management experience in food manufacturing or production.
• Experience in direct-to-consumer fulfillment or eCommerce operations.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (SQF, HACCP, AIB, BRC) is a plus.
• Proven team management success in a growing organization.
• Project management skills, familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Six Sigma preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
