Job Description:

What you´ll do

• Lead department organization with a focus on Safety as the first priority, with full responsibility for the entire production area.
• Ensure production plan fulfillment in terms of timing, quantities, and quality, utilizing the required resources.
• Define and execute strategies to achieve KPIs, based on process engineers' evaluations and aligned with plant strategy.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance departments to meet KPIs, and oversee people organization, training programs, and skill development in the production area.
• Report directly to the Head of Production.

What makes you a good fit

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in leading production, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement Programs.
• Strong leadership and execution skills, team building abilities for dynamic teams with high autonomy.
• Experience in project organization and execution.
• Analytical thinking skills for complex, multivariable problems.
• Proactive attitude and good approach to process optimization in a factory environment.
