Responsibilities

• Department organization focusing on Safety as the first priority, with full responsibility for the entire production area.
• Ensuring production plan fulfillment in terms of timing, quantities, and quality with the required resources.
• Defining and executing strategies to achieve KPIs, based on process engineers' evaluations and aligned with the plant strategy.
• Coordinating with other departments (Engineering and Maintenance) to meet KPI targets and develop skills within the production team.
• Reporting directly to the Head of Production.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the Liquid Filling Department.
• Organize the department with a focus on safety and full responsibility for the production area.
• Oversee the fulfillment of production plans regarding timing, quantities, and quality.
• Define and implement strategies to meet KPIs, in collaboration with process engineers and aligned with plant objectives.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance departments to achieve KPI targets and foster skill development.
• Report directly to the Head of Production.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in production leadership, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement programs.
• Strong leadership and execution skills, team-building abilities, and autonomy.
• Experience in project organization and execution.
• Analytical thinking for complex, multivariable problems.
• Proactive attitude and process optimization skills in a factory setting.
