Job Description:

What you´ll do

• Department organization focusing on Safety as the first priority with full responsibility for the entire production area.
• In charge of fulfilling the production plan in terms of timing, quantities, and quality, using the required resources.
• Define and execute strategies to achieve KPIs, based on process engineer evaluations and aligned with the plant strategy.
• Coordinate with other departments (Engineering and Maintenance) to meet KPIs, organize people, training programs, and develop skills within the production area.
• Report directly to the Head of Production.

What makes you a good fit

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience leading production teams and implementing Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement programs.
• Strong leadership and execution skills, team-building abilities for dynamic teams with a high degree of autonomy.
• Experience in project organization and execution.
• Analytical thinking skills for solving complex problems involving multiple variables.
• Proactive attitude and good approach to process optimization in a factory environment.
