El candidato ideal debe tener un máster en ingeniería y al menos 5 años de experiencia en fabricación eléctrica, con habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión. Formación

  • 5 años de experiencia en fabricación eléctrica, 3 en posiciones gerenciales.
  • Experiencia en gestión a través de subgerentes y en el suelo de fábrica.

  • Responsable de implementar estándares de HSE y asegurar un ambiente de trabajo seguro.
  • Desarrollar talento y revisar la efectividad organizacional en la fábrica.

We are looking for a profile to join us as Production Manager to lead the Production area of the Vitoria Factory, with full accountability of running the day-to-day Operation and to overachieve customer expectations through lean, faultless operation execution (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).

Requirements

  • University Master’s degree in electrical/mechanical/industrial engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in electrical manufacturing area of which 3 years in managerial positions.
  • Experience in managing through sub-managers. Experience in shop floor is essential.
  • Experience with Production Scheduling systems and proficient in Pull planning philosophy.
  • Exposure to multicultural working environment.

Main functions

  • Responsible to implement and sponsor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and all other business compliance standards and regulations. Accountable to ensure a safe work environment and continuous improvement in HSE processes and integrity performance.
  • Accountable that Production area is properly organized, staffed and directed. Responsible to develop talent, review organizational effectiveness, performing competence assessments and continuous skill-upgrades.
  • Own and be accountable to deliver Factory KPIs in line with expectations. Accountable to deliver targets for Operations: Safety, Quality, On-time Delivery, WIP, Productivity.
  • Accountable to create and execute the optimum production schedule for the weekly production plan received from Planning & Fulfilment Area.
  • Responsible to effectively implement the culture of Lean Six Sigma and continuous Improvement of AHIT in the Factory.
  • Responsible to ensure master data excellence (quality traceability, cycle time & incidents recording) for the Factory.
  • Responsible to support the definition of the annual budgets for the Capex and OpEx expenses. Accountable to effectively balance installed Factory capacity with customer-demand and workload.
  • Accountable to ensure compliance with global and local standards, rules, policies and procedures related to Operations. Responsible to introduce Factory standards and guidelines, standardized processes, and KPIs. Accountable for operational risk management of business operations.

  • Good communication skills and able to communicate with different levels in the organization.
