We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time position responsible for supporting the production manager in overseeing and managing the entire production process.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise production activities to ensure smooth operation of the factory floor.
• Develop and implement daily work plans to meet production targets.
• Monitor production progress and make adjustments as needed to maintain efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure that production plans are met by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in production planning, including forecasting and inventory management.
• Prepare documentation such as packing lists and labels for sales orders.
• Supervise the inventory of materials and collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain operations.
• Ensure accurate labeling and palletizing of packaged products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide team members.
• Good command of ERP programs and experience working with SAP is an asset.
• At least 1 year of experience in food production plants or similar environments.
• Training in food safety is highly desirable.
