The role involves managing production calendars, collaborating with production partners, and driving innovation in content creation. Formación

• Enrolled in a program related to business, marketing, or similar fields.
• Preferably some experience as a production assistant in shootings/agencies.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, adaptable with a positive attitude.

More About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Signify Content House in Madrid as a Production Intern. CH is a global content solution that enables fast delivery of high-quality content through in-house strategy and production management, while collaborating with external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Content planning: Managing the production calendar i.e capacity, workload management and prioritization for the production part of the overall project.
• Selects the optimal production partners depending on the nature of the brief.
• Manage project execution: overseeing the production agencies, ensuring SLAs / KPIs and project timelines are met, be the point of contact for project delivery related escalations.
• Asset knowledge management: Working alongside librarians to drive asset reuse and promote existing content that performs.
• Production innovation: Working with production partners to promote internally the use of alternative / modern ways to produce content and formats (dynamic, deep fake, AR, VR etc).
• Support regional partner governance: key partners relationship management, including leading the key forums such as Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Operational excellence: continuously improve ways of working leveraging and proactively feed back.
• Model evolution: being an active contributor to define the future of the model, identifying opportunities for improvement or to expand capabilities, running pilots and scaling.
• Stakeholders engagement: manage key comms and key stakeholders engagement to continuously create excitement and drive adoption of the CH.

• Enrolled in a program related to usiness, marketing, or similar fields.
• Preferably some experience as production assistant in shootings / agencies.
• Good knowledge of video / image formats.
• Interest in creation of content.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, adaptable with positive attitude.
