We are currently seeking a skilled Audiovisual Production Manager to join our team in Barcelona. This is a permanent position that requires strong knowledge of event video, lighting, sound, and rigging production.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and prepare all events, including the creation of gear and crewing lists.
• Perform site visits with clients and event teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Work closely with sales teams to understand client needs and requirements.
• Coordinate with freelance technical staff to ensure they meet expectations for each job.
• Oversee production staff on event locations and ensure client production needs are met.

Requirements :

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in AV production.
• Strong technical knowledge of Video, Lighting & Audio equipment.
• Native level English, French, and Spanish language proficiency.
• Background in production and management.
• Strong working knowledge of event production and computer skills (Autocad, MS Office).
