Job Description:

PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

Full-time

Your Tasks

1. Establish work instructions and planning documents for electrical pre-assembly in collaboration with the headquarters.
2. Determine production times and calculate manufacturing costs.
3. Production planning and control including missing material coordination and order release/technical completion.
4. Technical supervision, support, and continuous improvement of the electrical pre-assembly operations.
5. Initiate and introduce construction or process changes.
6. Moderate problem solving between the engineering, quality department, and the shopfloor team.
7. Support engineering department regarding productivity of aerostructures and respective optimizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience; a master's degree is desirable.
• Good user knowledge of SAP, PLM software such as Siemens Teamcenter, CAD, and MS Office.
• Practical Lean Manufacturing know-how and mindset.
• Please submit your application in English.
• C1 levels in Spanish and English are required; German would be an advantage.
• Willingness to support the start-up phase of our new factory.
• Structured way of working and communicating in a dynamic environment.
