A leading animation studio in the Canary Islands is seeking a Production Coordinator for their upcoming 3D animated feature film. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animation, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in managing production workflows. This exciting role begins in Summer 2025 and requires fluency in Spanish.

Formación

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in CG/2D/VFX projects, ideally in episodic series, feature films, or trailers.
  • Passion for animation and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.

Responsabilidades

  • Oversee and track the day-to-day production workflow within assigned departments.
  • Regularly check in with artists to monitor progress.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, ensuring clear communication.

Able & Baker is growing! We are expanding our team for an exciting upcoming 3D animated feature film currently in production. We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join us in the beautiful Canary Islands .

What Were Looking For:

General Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and organized individuals with strong communication skills.
  • Passion for animation.
  • Previous production experience in 3D animated feature films or high-end series is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with a team.
  • Proficiency in Shotgrid and Flow is required.
  • Availability to work on-site in Gran Canaria is a significant plus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and track the day-to-day production workflow within assigned departments.
  • Regularly check in with artists to monitor progress.
  • Ensure weekly goals and schedules are met.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, keeping communication clear and flowing between departments.
  • Report consistently to the Production Supervisor and Production Manager.


Additional Requirements:

  • Role begins in Summer 2025.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in CG/2D/VFX projects, ideally in episodic series, feature films, or trailers.
  • Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned areas.
  • Excellent prioritization and communication skills, with the ability to identify needs and escalate issues effectively.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required; working proficiency in English is a must.
