MFI Technologies Incorporated in Madrid seeks a Production Coordinator to support the Production Supervisor day-to-day, ensuring smooth operations on the schedule and delivery of assets for the animation/VFX pipeline.

You will maintain departmental records, communicate daily events, arrange key meetings, and provide general administrative support to the team, helping to keep projects on track in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3-5 years in VFX or animation industries
• At least 1 year of experience in the animation industry
• Bachelor's degree in film, art, communications or related field
• Proficient with Google Sheets, Outlook, Excel and Word
• High English level; Spanish desirable

• 3 -5 years in VFX or animation industries, preferably as a Production Coordinator in feature-animation film production or VFX.
• At least 1 year of experience in the animation industry.
• Bachelor's degree in film, art, communications or related field.
• Professional working knowledge of Google Spreadsheets, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• High English level.
• Spanish desirable.
