Flying Bark Productions is seeking a Production Coordinator to help organize and manage animation workflows across asset/design, lighting/comp and animation departments. You will report to the Production Manager and ensure timely delivery to other teams, while handling confidential material with discretion.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in animated production coordination, strong diary management, and fluent English and Spanish.

• Experience with administration, document prep and updating spreadsheets
• Fluent in English and Spanish; eligible to work in Spain/Europe

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate production activities within a department under the Production Manager supervision
• Ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery to subsequent departments
• Maintain accurate schedules, meeting deadlines and updating stakeholders
• Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Assist with document preparation, formatting and presentation tasks
• Support multiple teams to adapt to changing project needs
• Proactively solve problems and take on additional tasks as required

Flying Bark Productions is a dynamic and innovative animation studio dedicated to pushing the boundaries of character animation and storytelling. We are working on exciting projects such as Avatar: The Last Airbender feature film, Netflix's Ghostbusters animated series and Stranger Things animated series as well as upcoming feature film, Zac Power.

*Prioritising candidates based in Madrid or Spain and with a valid work permit to work in Spain/Europe. No remote opportunities available*

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Coordinator is dedicated to a specific department and contributes to the successful organisation and production of the film. Working in tandem with the department supervisor assigned, ensuring the smooth running of the work of the department and the timely delivery to the following departments.

About you:

• At least 3-5+ years of production coordination experience in animated film/episodic
• Must have solid experience in coordinating for the asset/design, lighting/comp or animation departments in animated film/episodic
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Shotgrid
• The ability to deal with Confidential information and material in a discrete and professional manner at all times;
• Excellent diary management skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Patient and empathetic nature while dealing with artistic personalities;
• High level organizational skills;
• Experience in administration and managing files, producing and formatting documents and updating spreadsheets;
• A good level of formatting and document preparation and presentation skills desirable;
• The ability to work to deadlines and under pressure;
• Be available, proactive and a problem solver;
• A flexible approach and able to take on extra tasks when required.
• Fluent in English AND Spanish language, both written and verbal;
• Eligible to work in Spain/Europe. Spanish locals & Europeans open to relocation will be given priority.
