A leading electronics manufacturing firm in Valencia seeks a Production Assembler for soldering and assembly of wire harnesses. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and must meet Class 3 workmanship standards. This role ensures high-quality performance, contributing to critical components in various applications. Competitive compensation of $18-$20 per hour is offered.
We’re offering a $600 sign-on bonus for new hires who successfully pass the on-site soldering test. $300 will be paid upon hire and $300 will be paid after 6 months in the role.
The Production Assembler – Soldering, is responsible for the assembly and soldering of cable and wire harness assemblies used in electrical and electronic systems. This includes soldering wires, connectors, and components in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience working to Class 3 workmanship standards per J-STD-001 and IPC/WHMA-A-620, with a strong focus on precision, reliability, and consistency. This role is critical in ensuring that all assemblies meet the highest levels of quality and functionality required for high-reliability applications.
