Why this role is special?

You’ll be defining the roadmap, owning product strategy, and leading all things tech in a company where tech is not a support function—it is the business.

This is a unique opportunity to :

• First and mostly build something that matters —measurable environmental impact is built into our KPIs
• Shape the product vision from zero to one (and beyond)
• Lead and grow the tech / product team from scratch
• Co-pilot with the founders on strategy, business models and funding

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap, working closely with design, commercial, ops, and customers
• Lead the technical architecture and execution—from scrappy MVPs to scalable platforms
• Be hands-on : whether it’s writing user stories, testing prototypes, setting up no-code automations, or reviewing API calls, you’ll be in the trenches
• Wear multiple hats across product, tech, data, and operations—this is a builder role, not just a helicopter view
• Set up processes, tools, and rituals for a high-performing product & engineering team
• Drive experimentation, data-informed decisions, and fast validation loops
• Manage external developers and partners, ensuring quality and momentum
• Stay close to users and customers to ensure we’re solving real problems with real impact

What We’re Looking For?

• Seasoned in product, engineering or hybrid leadership roles.
• Experience owning end-to-end product lifecycle in a startup, consulting or high-growth environment.
• Experience leading the technical development of a digital product, ideally involving AI, computer vision, or edge computing.
• Strong familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably GCP), including tools like Vertex AI, Compute Engine, and Cloud Storage.
• Comfortable working with or managing image datasets, training loops, APIs, and infrastructure-as-code workflows.
• Solid understanding of hardware–software integration, especially with mobile devices or IoT-style setups.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to break down complexity into actionable steps.
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate across teams and explain tech decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent hands-on experience.
