How Will You Make a Difference

• Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment, ensuring cross-team communication and alignment
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings (121s) with each Product Owner to discuss progress, challenges, and career development
• Facilitate career planning and growth opportunities for individual team members
• Manage administrative tasks related to the Product Owner team, including resource allocation, budgeting, and reporting
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of product management best practices and industry trends
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in agile methodologies and ceremonies
• Act as a liaison between the Product Owner team and higher-level stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, showcasing leadership skills that contribute to effective collaboration and synergy among team members
• Deep knowledge of product management best practices, agile methodologies, and ceremonies, indicating a solid foundation in industry-standard approaches to product development
• Conduct regular assessments of the Product Owner team's performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement
