Product Success Manager (Strategic Customer Success)

Location: Spain

We are Semrush, a global tech company developing our own product – a platform for digital marketers.

Are you ready to be a part of it? This is your chance! We’re hiring for a Product Success Manager (Strategic Customer Success).

Tasks in the role
  1. Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior marketing executives, marketing operations teams, tech- and SEO teams. Be their trusted advisor, offering strategic recommendations on how to leverage Semrush for maximum impact.
  2. Best-In-Class Service and Renewal Support: Support Strategic CSM in renewal and expansion strategies and processes, delivering top-tier service.
  3. Drive Customer Value: Collaborate with customer stakeholders to create and link key workflows within their marketing operations to the business value Semrush provides. Ensure customers understand how features and tools enhance their marketing objectives.
  4. Executive Business Reviews: Conduct regular reviews to demonstrate ROI and offer strategic insights, discussing new relevant products and solutions.
  5. Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for improvements based on feedback. Stay informed about customer objectives, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
  6. Onboarding & Implementation: Develop customized onboarding plans and deliver insights at each touchpoint to enhance the customer experience.
  7. Collaborative Problem Solving: Partner with internal teams to solve complex customer challenges.
  8. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Use data to provide insights, track KPIs, and present reports and recommendations.
Who we are looking for
  • 4-6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles, focusing on enterprise customers, preferably in MarTech or SaaS.
  • Experience with BrightEdge, Conductor, Botify, SimilarWeb, or other enterprise marketing/SEO platforms.
  • Proven ability to build relationships at various seniority levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to tailor solutions.
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing technologies.
  • Ability to analyze customer data for insights and decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
