A leading global food company seeks a professional for their Data Governance team in Barcelona. The role involves setting up tools to optimize performance, driving data management strategies, and supporting continuous improvements while offering substantial benefits and growth opportunities.
We are on the lookout for a highly skilled professional with exceptional leadership qualities, outstanding communication skills, and analytical abilities to join our newly established Global Nestlé Data Governance team in Barcelona, Spain. The role :
This role is all about setting up and managing tools and processes to improve and optimize team performance. By doing so, you'll help us achieve our strategic objectives of managing our data as enterprise assets, ensuring they are maintained and utilized effectively to support our business goals.
Under the guidance of the Group Head of Data Governance, you will be responsible for defining best practices and ways of working, supporting the team through continuous improvement methodology and business process mapping. You'll ensure that team performance is continuously measured, and priorities are defined and tracked according to team goals, all while aligning with Nestlé group priorities.
