Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of product strategies across business units, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Manage and prioritize problems to solve based on value analysis and stakeholder input. Mentor and support product managers in developing and launching successful products. Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure product initiatives are aligned with company strategic goals and vision. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team.
Requirements
Proven experience working in global, multi-cultural environments managing products used by customers across multiple countries. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience managing product teams or product owners. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product development lifecycles. Fluency in English.
Desirable Qualifications
Knowledge of the automotive industry. Previous experience in technological companies. Lean methodology and Kaizen philosophy knowledge. Technical knowledge in development and programming languages.
