Sandoz is seeking a Product Steward (Temporary) to own assigned products across their commercial lifecycle in a regulated manufacturing environment in Spain. You will ensure processes remain validated, drive data-based monitoring, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with Production, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and other technical functions to ensure process robustness, compliance, and sustainable product performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a pharmaceutical science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, MS&T, QA, or QC.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory expectations.
• Experience with data analysis, process monitoring, and trend evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Act as technical owner and SME for assigned products across lifecycle.
• Oversee process performance and capability via data analysis and trending.
• Create and review product-specific Quality Risk Analyses (QRAs).
• Monitor critical process parameters to keep products in a validated state.
• Review APQRs and assess state of process control.
• Lead or support root cause investigations for deviations and OOE/OOS events.
• Define CAPAs and support technical changes and implementations.
• Author validation docs and support regulatory submissions when needed.
• Lead process optimization initiatives with cross-functional teams.
