Sandoz Industrial Products, S.A. is seeking a Product Steward (Temporary) to act as the technical owner for assigned products across their lifecycle.

You will oversee process performance, validation, and continuous improvement while collaborating with QA, regulatory, and production teams. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and fluency in English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, MS&T, process support, QA, or QC environments.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, process validation, GMP requirements, and regulatory expectations.
• Experience in data analysis, data trending, and process capability evaluation.
• Knowledge of Quality Risk Management principles and investigation methodologies.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive technical projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking with a data-driven mindset.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Act as technical owner and SME for assigned products throughout their lifecycle.
• Monitor process performance and capability via data trending and process verification.
• Review APQRs and assess state of process control.
• Lead or support RCA related to deviations, complaints, OOE, and OOS events.
• Define and monitor CAPAs to prevent recurrence.
• Assess technical changes, evaluate risks/benefits, support implementation.
• Author/process validation documentation for regulatory changes.
• Lead cross-functional optimization initiatives and coordinate transfers when needed.
• Provide technical training and support for manufacturing staff.
