Sandoz is seeking a Project Engineer to lead engineering projects and continuous improvement at the Catalonia site, ensuring GMP compliance, safety, quality, and regulatory adherence.

You will manage scope, budgets, and resources, coordinate external vendors, develop project charters, and drive energy efficiency through innovative solutions. Expect close collaboration with the Engineering Manager, maintenance, and cross-functional teams onsite.

Formación

• University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in engineering project management within pharma/regulated manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing capital investment projects from concept to handover.
• Strong GMP, qualification, validation, and change control knowledge.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating external suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering projects from concept to commissioning and handover.
• Define scope, budget, planning, and resources for projects.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Design robust solutions aligned with process needs and corporate standards.
• Prepare and manage project charters, F-CAR, P-CAR, SI, and decision matrices.
