About the Role

Responsibilities:

• Train new restaurants on our software solutions via phone, on-site, or virtual sessions.
• Adapt training pitches to various restaurant types.
• Encourage restaurants to utilize our services effectively.
• Create opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
• Travel availability required.
• Work independently to meet personal and team goals within the Spanish region.

Who You Are

• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Pedagogical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and SaaS systems.
• Team player with strong communication and influencing skills.
• At least one year of experience in a B2B online environment related to restaurants or leisure/restoration.
• Native Spanish speaker with high-level English proficiency.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
