What you will do :
  • The B2B Trainer will focus on training our new restaurants in our software solutions.
  • You will adapt your pitch to various types of restaurants via phone, in-restaurant, or virtual trainings.
  • You will help restaurants understand that digitalization is a development step for their business.
  • You will encourage change in their working methods and proper use of our services.
  • Create opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Availability to travel.
  • The role requires the ability to work independently to meet individual and team goals supporting the Spanish region.
Who you are :
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
  • Pedagogical and customer-oriented.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and SaaS systems.
  • Team player, results-oriented, dynamic, perseverant, with strong influencing, instructional, and teaching skills.
  • At least one year experience in B2B prospecting and customer management, preferably in online leisure or restaurant environments.
  • Languages: Native Spanish and high-level English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Serious, committed, polite, and positive attitude.
  • Experience working with restaurants.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a bonus.
