We're looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of our core product — Billing. B2B contract. Fluent Russian and English — required.

Our company has over 300 employees. Our New York office houses marketing, sales, and onboarding. Product decisions, design, and development are done remotely. Our team is strong and collaborative, always eager to share knowledge and find great solutions. The product team is Russian-speaking and fully autonomous.

What is Billing and Why Does It Matter?

Billing is the financial core of our platform, responsible for payment processing, subscription management, invoicing, and integrations with payment systems. Tens of millions of dollars in donations flow through Billing monthly, and its stability, flexibility, and accuracy are crucial for maintaining trust with donors and nonprofits.

The success of Billing depends on balancing reliability & security, enterprise flexibility, scalability, and compliance with standards like PCI DSS and GDPR.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy for Billing, focusing on growth and client retention.
• Build a metrics system to monitor product health and value delivery.
• Identify and validate growth opportunities through hypothesis generation and testing.
• Conduct research into client needs, analyze competitors, and stay ahead of trends.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, sales, and support teams.
• Own the product backlog, roadmap, and outcomes as the product expert.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B/SaaS, especially with billing or financial systems.
• Technical background, ideally with experience as a developer or analyst.
• Strong product thinking with a focus on user problems and data-driven validation.
• English proficiency at C1+ level, fluent in communication with clients and teams.

Additional Information

We work remotely with core hours from 9:00 to 18:00 CET. Compensation depends on experience, test performance, and location. We offer a collaborative environment, transparency, long-term relationships, and stock options.
