Formación

• Minimum (2) years of experience in product management with a focus on AI.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and development processes.
• Proficiency in English (minimum level C1).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners, providing guidance and support in their roles.
• Develop and implement strategies for integrating AI into product development and business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
• Oversee the lifecycle of AI-enhanced products, from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Ensure alignment of product development with business goals and customer needs.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements in AI to keep the team informed and competitive.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management, with a focus on AI and technology integration.
• Minimum of (2) years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Good understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
• Good understanding of AI development processes, including model training, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Proficiency in English is required, with a minimum level of C1.
