Formación

• Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en un rol similar.
• Experiencia en gestión de producto con enfoque en integración de IA y tecnología.
• Nivel C1 de inglés requerido.

Are you passionate about technology, teamwork, and delivering real value? We're seeking an experienced product professional to join a transformative project, working closely with both technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners, providing guidance and support in their roles.

Develop and implement strategies for integrating AI into product development and business processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.

Oversee the lifecycle of AI-enhanced products, from ideation to launch and beyond.

Ensure alignment of product development with business goals and customer needs.

Monitor industry trends and advancements in AI to keep the team informed and competitive.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications

University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in product management, with a focus on AI and technology integration.

Minimum of [2] years of experience in a similar role.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Good understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.

Good understanding of AI development processes, including model training, deployment, and maintenance.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Proficiency in English is required, with a minimum level of C1.
