You will bridge business stakeholders, IT and data teams to deliver high-value solutions that improve efficiency, visibility and data-driven decision making, focusing on KPIs and governance.

Qualifikationen

• Strong expertise in Product Management and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Management and Data Modeling.
• Experience defining and analyzing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with IT performance frameworks knowledge.
• Experience communicating with developers and technical teams.

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with objectives.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog and translate needs into user stories.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage and enhance the data model for IT performance measurement and reporting.

• Support IT transformation by promoting performance, innovation, and agility.
