Job Description

The AbbVie Business Technology Solutions (BTS) team shapes the digital transformation necessary for our treatments to positively impact patients’ lives. In the role of Product Owner of Hypertargeting, you’ll tackle complex challenges while developing your professional experiences and helping others grow their skills. You will report directly to the Business Relationship Manager.

This role can be based anywhere in Europe or in the United States (US).

Major Responsibilities:
  1. Manage technology portfolio products such as Audience Builder and NBA Suggestions supporting our Customer Engagement model and Marketing Automation strategy through customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
  2. Plan and oversee a portfolio of technology products from ideation to operation, including securing cross-functional alignment on scope, benefits, costs, and timelines. Work effectively with IT shared services, external agencies, and business stakeholders.
  3. Understand business strategies and technology needs, identify current and emerging needs, and evaluate solutions to meet short-term and long-term objectives. Recommend appropriate data and technology applications within the product portfolio.
  4. Create data and technology roadmaps aligned with strategic business needs and corporate technology strategies. Lead programs that transform processes or capabilities.
  5. Engage with business teams to define and implement product strategies aligned with business goals.
  6. Leverage portfolio products to create personalized experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  7. Continuously optimize personalization strategies based on data analysis and performance metrics.
Tools and Skills:
  • Palantir Foundry Audience Builder and NBA Suggestions
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud for automated customer journeys
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Veeva CRM, mass email, and other channels
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, IT, data analytics, or related field with 7+ years of experience
  • Experience with data management (preferably Foundry) and marketing automation platforms (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Strong understanding of customer and interaction data
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with data analysis and segmentation tools
  • Knowledge of data science, personalization, and segmentation capabilities
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools to measure performance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
