We are currently looking for a Product Owner (German Speaker) in Spain .

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for shaping the product vision and strategy, managing the product backlog, and driving the development of innovative features in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with stakeholders and your agile team to prioritize initiatives, deliver MVPs, and iterate on product features based on user feedback and market needs. Accountabilities :

• Define and prioritize product features and roadmap in alignment with business objectives
• Work closely with the agile team to develop micro MVPs and oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the development of high-quality product features
• Facilitate agile rituals and ensure efficient collaboration within the team
• Collect requirements, conduct user research, and analyze market needs to inform product decisions
• Communicate product vision, progress, and releases clearly to both the team and stakeholders
• Foster a culture of feedback, openness, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager
• Proven track record in shipping successful products, including managing backlogs, defining strategies, and driving product roadmaps
• Strong experience working in an Agile environment and utilizing scrum methodology
• Ability to articulate and test product hypotheses and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders
• Fluent in German, with proficiency in English and / or Spanish
• Technical knowledge or experience is a plus
• Fully remote work with the option to work from the office when needed
