The Role and Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the business to identify value-driven use cases and develop micro MVPs during the initial project phase, including team alignment and platform setup.
• Model agile working and innovation.
• Ensure productive agile rituals.
• Prioritize the roadmap and prepare new features with your agile team.
• Plan larger MVPs and future AI developments.
• Present developments to colleagues and stakeholders, using creative educational methods.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere and strong connections.
• Inspire stakeholders and ensure clarity of vision and roadmap.
• Promote a feedback culture and gather requirements through research and market analysis.
• Break down features into MVPs for incremental releases.
• Communicate clearly the vision, roadmap, and releases.
• Be a team player and advocate for feedback and openness.
• Convince partners with well-prepared arguments.

Requirements :

• At least 4 years of experience as a PO or PM.
• Proven success in shipping products, defining vision, strategy, and managing backlogs.
• Experience in Agile and Scrum environments.
• Ability to articulate and test product hypotheses.
• Influence decision-making across contexts.
• Skilled in defining and prioritizing features.
• Experience working closely with engineers, designers, and business teams.
• Fluent in German; fluent in English and/or Spanish preferred.
• Nice to have: Technical knowledge or experience.
