Descripción del empleo

We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of our core product — Elements. Fluency in Russian and English is required.

About Fundraise Up

At Fundraise Up, we are reimagining the fundraising platform to create the most convenient and fastest way to donate to non-profit foundations. Our innovation enhances loading speeds, boosts conversion rates, offers diverse payment methods, and more. Each month, individuals worldwide donate tens of millions of dollars through our platform. We are the go-to fundraising solution for some of the world's leading non-profit organizations, including UNICEF, the Obama Foundation, and the Alzheimer's Association.

Team

Our company has over 300 employees. Our New York office handles marketing, sales, and onboarding, while product decisions, design, and development are managed remotely. Our product team is Russian-speaking and fully autonomous. Our team is talented, collaborative, and supportive, encouraging knowledge sharing and questions.

What is Elements and Why Does It Matter?

Elements is a set of intelligent UI components — buttons, forms, and widgets — embedded into our clients’ websites. Over 8 million donors worldwide use Elements, and the effectiveness of these components directly impacts our clients’ revenue.

The success of Elements depends on :

  • Ease of Implementation: Quick setup without developer assistance.
  • Customization Flexibility: Deep customization options for enterprise clients.
  • High Performance: Lightweight, fast, reliable scripts that do not affect load times.
  • Excellent Conversion: Intuitive and accessible for donors globally.

This presents a complex and exciting product challenge — and we’re looking for someone ready to take it on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategy for Elements, focusing on growth and client retention.
  • Build and manage a metrics system to monitor product health, including conversion funnels, activation, and retention.
  • Explore growth opportunities through qualitative and quantitative research, including A / B testing and data analysis.
  • Analyze customer needs, monitor competitor solutions, and stay updated on UX / UI and conversion trends.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, sales, and support teams.
  • Own the product backlog, roadmap, and overall product outcomes for Elements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B / Enterprise SaaS, working with large enterprise clients.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA) and SQL.
  • Passion for user-centered product thinking, hypothesis validation, and data-driven decision making.
  • Fluent in English (C1+), with excellent communication skills.

Additional Notes

We work remotely with core hours from 9:00 to 18:00 CET, during which active collaboration occurs. Compensation depends on experience, performance, and location.

Why Join Us

Join a passionate, transparent team that values long-term relationships, professional growth, and shared success. We offer stock options, comprehensive benefits, and a growing company.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • 30 days off annually.
  • Home office setup assistance.
  • Reimbursement for language courses, professional education, gym memberships, and coworking spaces.
  • Remote work environment.
