easyJet is seeking a Product Owner - Data to lead a key Martech domain within a multi-domain mission in Barcelona, with hybrid working options. You will drive how customer data, activation, and engagement enable personalisation and timely communications across the customer journey.

You will partner with UX, engineering, data, and operations to deliver scalable Martech solutions that support commercial and airline operations while improving customer experiences from booking to day-of-travel.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in product development or Martech-related domains.
• Experience with CDP/marketing automation platforms.
• Strong communication with diverse teams including operations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product backlog and priorities for the Martech domain.
• Collaborate with other Product Owners to align data and activation capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, data, CRM/marketing, UX, and operations teams to deliver high-value solutions.
• Evolve tools like mParticle and Braze for real-time triggers and engagements.
• Break down complex data problems into actionable stories and milestones.
• Support end-to-end communication journeys across travel moments.
• Ensure data quality and timely operational alerts.
• Communicate progress and constraints to senior stakeholders.
