easyJet holidays is seeking a Product Owner - Data to lead our Martech domain, shaping how customer data, activation and engagement support commercial goals and airline operations across web, apps and touchpoints.

You’ll partner with UX, engineering and data teams, manage the backlog, optimize CDP/engagement tools like mParticle and Braze in real-time scenarios, and drive customer journeys from booking to travel with measurable impact.

Formación

• Proven experience with Martech products (CDP, marketing automation, CRM, or engagement platforms).
• Strong knowledge of real-time or operational data platforms like mParticle or Braze.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product backlog and priorities for your Martech domain.
• Collaborate with other Product Owners to align data and activation capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, data, CRM/marketing, UX, and operations teams to deliver high-value solutions.
• Evolve and optimise tools like mParticle, Braze, or similar CDP/engagement platforms.
• Break down complex data and activation problems into actionable stories and milestones.
• Support end-to-end communication journeys, including day-of-travel and disruption handling.
• Ensure data quality and orchestration enable accurate segmentation and timely alerts.
• Communicate progress and constraints clearly to senior stakeholders.
