Formación

We are looking for the Product Owner!

Mission : lead development for AI-enhanced customer experience, price intelligence and engagement analytics, enabling personalized, effortless digital experiences and measurable business outcomes for B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop strategic roadmap leveraging generative AI for personalized interactions and innovative digital self-service capabilities.
  • Transform diverse customer data into actionable AI-driven insights and recommendations directly enhancing customer engagement and retention.
  • Prioritize initiatives by clear business KPIs such as revenue uplift, churn reduction, NPS improvements, and customer success metrics.
  • Govern product development ensuring scalability, compliance, and alignment with the strategic target architecture.
  • Analyze business use cases, prioritize collaboratively with business stakeholders based on customer insights, and generate actionable use cases such as data-driven Next Best Offer (NBO).

Required Qualifications :

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years product management experience in CX analytics, CRM, or MarTech.
  • Proven experience leveraging AI / ML, generative AI, CRM, and customer analytics.
