What we look for?

We are looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst Core Banking with experience working in IT delivery projects for large financial institutions.

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

1. Own and create the product backlog of user stories, lead backlog prioritization in sprint planning sessions.
2. Own refinement activities on User Story Backlog to drive preparation of user stories in ready-for-development status.
3. Responsible for ensuring all User Stories meet Definition of Done and Definition of Ready criteria agreed.

What do we expect from you?

1. 5 years experience as PO or BA.
2. Project/program management skills (backlog control, interaction with stakeholders belonging to heterogeneous areas: IT, OPS Business, product, back-office), with accent in the “ownership”: the candidate must understand when to direct, and when to act, getting actively involved in activities such as functional definition, QA testing, among other.
3. Experience with Core Banking.
4. General knowledge of core banking systems is mandatory, as well as deep understanding on credit products behaviour, life-cycle, etc.
5. Knowledge in Collections.
6. General understanding of cloud architectures (ideally, on AWS).
7. English B2+.
8. Experience with Agile, Jira and Confluence.
