ERNI is seeking an experienced Product Owner/Manager to shape digital pharma solutions. You will lead the product vision, roadmap and backlog, working closely with engineering, architecture, UX and business teams across international environments.

You will apply your knowledge of product management, software development and Agile methodologies to prioritize features, maximize business value and deliver high-quality digital solutions while benefiting from our hybrid working model in Catalonia.

Formación

• 5+ years as Product Owner or Product Manager of complex digital/software products.
• Technical background or close collaboration with software teams.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAFe; certification a plus.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based platforms.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and drive product decisions with engineering teams.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams incl. engineering, architecture, UX and stakeholders.
• Experience with product management tools in global organizations (Jira/Confluence/Miro).
• Advanced English and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

You will apply your knowledge of Product Management, software development and Agile methodologies to define product priorities, maximize business value and deliver high quality digital solutions.

How do we make this happen?

With people. Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months.

And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

What you will bring

• More than 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager managing complex digital or software products.
• A technical background, or experience as a Product Owner working closely with software development teams.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAFe. SAFe certification is a plus, but advanced expertise is not required.
• Experience working with AWS and cloud-based products or platforms.
• Ability to understand technical concepts, discuss implementation options and make informed product decisions with engineering teams.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, UX and business stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro and product management tools in global organizations.
• Advanced English level and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

You will be responsible for leading the product vision, roadmap and backlog while working closely with engineering, architecture, UX and business teams. You will prioritize features, coordinate dependencies, facilitate product refinement sessions and ensure each delivery provides maximum value for users and the business.

Our model is hybrid: we usually go to the office 2 days a week, though this depends on the project and team, but we love seeing each other’s faces; the best stories always happen in the office!
